Consent: individual(s) give clear consent for Commercial Sense Limited to process their data for a specific purpose
Contract: the processing is necessary for a contract Commercial Sense Limited has with the individual(s), or because the individual(s) have asked Commercial Sense Limited to take specific steps before entering into a contract
Legal Obligation: the processing is necessary for Commercial Sense Limited to comply with the law (not including contractual obligations)
Legitimate Interests: the processing is necessary for the individual(s) legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party unless there is good reason to protect the individual(s) data which overrides those legitimate interests

Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We will retain your personal data for the duration of our business relationship and afterwards for a minimum of 6 years as required by the FCA or as long as is necessary and relevant for our legitimate business purposes, in accordance with the relevant Commercial Sense Ltd policies or as otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations. Where we no longer need your personal information, we will dispose of it in a secure manner (without further notice to you).
